Peru Gourmet 2015
Peru Gourmet Canada 2015 was more intense and demanding than the previous year. During the 3 stages of competition, participants had to demonstrate the best of their abilities to win the gastronomic trip to Lima, Peru.
The chef and jury member Marcel Larrea has prepared a seafood Causa and a Chaufa of quinoa for three finalists: Graciela Ojeda, Kao Chin Man and Mohamed Mashhour. The finalists have had one hour and a half to reproduce both dishes and demonstrate who of three deserve to win the grand prize.
Chin Man Kao was the winner of 2015 edition held at LaSalle College. Chin Man has passed through various stages of the competition, the initial selection, the semifinals and the finals, step she won with the highest score of the evening.
